Discover CEA-Leti’s latest results in radio frequency (RF), millimeter-wave (mmWave), terahertz (THz), and wireless integrated circuits (ICs)
This year, the RF Architecture & IC Design Lab of the CEA-Leti is proud to participate once again in the IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium (IMS-RFIC 2025). Our involvement spans multiple roles, including serving on the Technical Program Committee, organizing and speaking at workshops, chairing technical sessions, and presenting our latest research findings.
The RFIC Industry Paper Awards higlights outstanding industry papers. Among the six finalists, a paper by CEA-Leti researchers was selected: A High Power SOI-CMOS WI-FI 6 Front-End Module with Reconfigurable Class-J Power Amplifier, Pascal Reynier, Ayssar Serhan, Alexandre Giry.
