What is ME100 Spectrometric? 
Queuing at airport baggage control could be significant curtailed in coming years. MultiX has developed a highly reliable detection system for identifying suspect materials and objects. There's no longer any need to open multiple bags and briefcases on a precautionary basis: the detector's eye examines them just as if they were open.

What’s new? 
Current control systems subject baggage to X-rays and "read" these using two detectors, one sensitive to high-energy X photons and one to low energies. In this new control system, these two sensors are replaced by a so-called "spectrometric" detectors, which sums up and measures all photon energy. The resulting information is more detailed, the analysis more careful and the discrimination capacity higher.
